This series has been named for the apparent author of the text associated with the prints, Itou Jintarou, it may well have a different true title. The MFA Boston identifies the series as Negotiation for the Honour of Japan but this is actually the title of a single print. They list the publisher as Arai Kitchiue. It is very likely that other prints were issued in this series but these are the only images to date.
